The 65th ELMAR-2023 symposium will traditionally be held in a beautiful town of Zadar on the Croatian Adriatic Sea. ELMAR-2023 is organised by Croatian Society Electronics in Marine ELMAR, Zadar and the University of Zagreb Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Department of Communication and Space Technologies.

This year, ELMAR will be organized in honour of our late general chair professor emerita Branka Zovko-Cihlar.

ELMAR symposium attracts prominent scientists and specialists to present and in the friendly atmosphere discuss latest research advancements, contributing to the technology development. The symposium program includes oral presentations of scientific papers and keynote talks by eminent international experts. Scientific papers accepted by two independent reviewers and presented at the symposium will be published in the symposium proceedings and will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements. Technical papers will be published in conference proceedings.

The conference venue includes several beaches, swimming pools and sport terrains. In the vicinity there is an "open-air museum" – the 3.000-year-old Zadar city center, which combines the beauty of the past and the experience of the contemporary city life. The conference program will provide several social events and an excursion.
