ELMAR-2001 AUTHOR'S KIT
After your paper has been accepted for the inclusion in the ELMAR-2001 Program, you need to download, fill and send back to us (to the same address written above) two forms:
Registration Form (please note that there are two different registration forms: for foreign and domestic participants),
Declaration of Attendance and Presenter's Biography Form.
At the end, you need to download, and fill Hotel Reservation Form and send it by fax directly to the hotel. Hotel fax number is written on the Hotel Reservation Form.
